Aside from our very popular STA/Respite and Day Option services, we also offer Support Work services. We support people to:
*Engage in their local community
*Access their appointments
*Get their grocery shopping completed
*Attend hobbies and activities of their choosing
*Manage their medications
*Follow their personal care routines
*Prepare meals
*Manage their spending
*Visit areas of interest.
We will work with you to ensure you have a worker you feel comfortable with, and that your needs and goals are met on every occasion. Your supports are tailored to your requests and can be changed at any time simply by contacting us and letting us know.
Your support work services are funded from your Core funding budget. We are happy to discuss the line item codes you would like us to use, or any other queries you may have.
All of our Support Workers have the following clearances:
*NDIS Worker Screening
*Police Checks
*Working With Children Clearance
*Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
*First Aid and CPR
*Medication Administration Certificate
*Manual Handling Certificate
*All NDIS Modules
Our staff have access to in-house training opportunities, on top of their industry qualifications which range from:
*Certificate III in Child Care, Ageing, Individual Support, Community Services, Health Services
*Certificate IV in Youth Work, Mental Health, Home and Community Support, Training and Assessment, *Bachelor of Registered Nursing, Education
*Masters in Disability Studies
